So, some more happy fan chatter!
Firstly,
Criterion is releasing all the older Godzilla movies I've been wanting to watch! Of course, 15 movies in one set isn't cheap. Time to save my money.
Next, I've recently been watching the new "Fire Force" anime and the ongoing "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba". Both were amazing this week with some stunning animation. Though, character-wise, "Fire Force" was best last week with some awesome camaraderie while "Kimetsu no Yaiba" took over this week with an incredible sibling tag team finishing move. I'm really enjoying both.
Finally, Ao no/Blue Exorcist Chapter 113. Note: spoilers follow.
....So, I'd just like to say, "YES!" Yes, Yukio! I don't think it's going to be over that easily and goodness only knows where he means to go now, but... YES!
He actually did
pull a T-Bone. And, an impressive one too. Now, Toudo just needs to revive against all odds so they can have a final showdown on the crashing airship.
I'm also so very happy that Yukio has stuck to his guns. He said the Illuminati was horrible and he didn't plan on joining them, and
he didn't. He got what information he could out of them, then he summoned Lightning's familiars to blow their ship to kingdom come. Sure, his attitude is a little villainous, but I just like him not letting himself get sucked in. He may not be doing the right thing, but at least he's not completely lost.
And, I can only suspect that it's significant Konekomaru was the one sent to collect Rin from his Heroic BSOD. After all, he was the only one truly frightened by Rin's powers, and now Rin is fighting for control with his demon side. And then, there's the very real possibility that Konekomaru will get a look at the horror that happened when Rin was born. ...I'm hoping for an epic friendship moment myself ;)
