Yes, if you look to the table/platform at the front of the room, the little dot to the right is Kappei Yamaguchi. I think his question and answer session was my favorite part of Otakon ever. And, yes, seekersks also got lots of other, better pictures that he'll be posting soon. This was just the only one he took with his cell phone and sent here.
