Birthday Giddiness
Sep. 19th, 2011 12:16 amAnd, as it's now after my birthday and belated party, I must make some fangirl squealing noises.
* Firstly, the FMA stuff. My brother got me a replica State Alchemist pocket watch. And, yes, it really works as a watch. However, it cannot really be used as an all-access library pass ;) I also got a cute, little keychain with Ed and Al.
* Then, there's the unexpected (but welcome!) DVD sets: the first set of the "Young Indiana Jones Chronicles" and the complete set of "Tales of the Gold Monkey". I haven't seen "Young Indy" in years, and I only watched pieces of "Gold Monkey" with Dad. I can't wait to get into both. Especially "Gold Monkey" as it's so obviously the inspiration for Disney's "Tale Spin".
Now, I have some birthday money... and the companion to my "Fullmetal Alchemist Complete Book - Material Side" is looking tempting. Especially the "unpublished illustrations" part.
And, yes, I have a SK Fanfiction Archive update to get back to and "Nameless".
