They've Abandoned Me!

Ah, nearly a week's worth of absentee bosses and only scattered assignments. I should stage a coup and take over the office... Unfortunately, there's been no one around to conquer but an over-fed beagle, and there's just no fun in that. So, I'll write here instead and scheme my office conquest for later.

Not too much to say. Since completing that last website update, I've been fighting the evil forces of Procrastination.... Procrastination has been winning. I've puttered about on this and that, but not really accomplished anything beyond purchasing three Christmas presents... Granted, doing so before December is a feat for me.

Anyways, got something I've been meaning to post here for those of you that know me and might be interested: a link to my Birthday Alarm page. It's actually a neat little system that, if you give it your name/handle and birthdate, it will let me know a few days in advance of your birthday, so I actually remember to drop by your journal or e-mail and give you the proper well wishes. Left to myself, I tend to only remember vague things like, "Wasn't her birthday near Halloween or something?" "Near Halloween" translates to "in October". The numbers are not my friends.
