A Few Fanfic Recs

kristenskI read two of these months to over a year ago. But, the last one is new and reminded me that I should post some recommendations again.
Age of Heroes by Velkyn Karma
Series: Young Justice
Rating: M/R
Warnings: Violence, profanity, zombies
Location: Fanfiction.net
Status: Complete/Oneshot
Summary: The apocalypse has come and gone and the Age of Heroes is long since over. There's not much left to live for, but Wally's never been one to give up without trying, and maybe there are still a few miracles — and heroes — left in the world.
Comments: I don't like zombies, and I don't like zombie apocalypses. But, the summary kind of says it all about how I got pulled into this story. Because it's not the usual ugly, gloom and doom, every man for himself apocalypse. It's a story about hope and friendship and building an unlikely family. And, I'm always up for that. Even when, as in this case, there are zombies. And when I'm not really familiar with the fandom either.
Classroom Boredom by loosingletters
Series: Ao no/Blue Exorcist crossover with My Hero Academia
Rating: M/R
Warnings: Heavy profanity because Bakugo is the PoV character.

Status: Complete/Oneshot
Summary: Somehow Katsuki expected more from a class just for those kin with demons. At least his seat neighbor was all right for an overly chatty wanna be knight.
Comments: This is a fusion of "Blue Exorcist" and "My Hero Academia" putting the MHA kids into the "Blue Exorcist" world as new students. Which is interesting in its own right. But, the real gem is the glimpse the story offers of the author's vision for the future of "Blue Exorcist". I very much approve.
Can You Hear Me Now? by Drag0nst0rm
Series: Spiderman: Homecoming
Rating: K+/PG
Warnings: Mentions of violence (I'm not really sure why the author rated it T.)

Status: Complete/Oneshot
Summary: Calling Peter doesn't do good things to Tony's stress levels.
Comments: This is a brilliantly in-character series of conversations/phonecalls that would fit perfectly as an opening montage to the next Spiderman movie. It also made me realize that I'm actually really eager for another Spiderman movie. I need more of these characters.
