Drabble Post - Murphy's Law (BBB)

kristenskThis is an awkward and semi-failed attempt to write a drabble for the series "Blood Blockade Battlefront". The show is awesome, weird, and wacky with absolutely incredible animation. Maybe someday I'll think up something that does it justice. For now, I think this is just barely post-worthy.
Murphy’s Law
“Only you, Leo,” griped Zapp as he squatted to peer down into the narrow crevice where he could just make out Leo’s pale face. “Only you.”
“I just went down the street to get lunch!” Leo wailed.
“And, only you could get into this while getting lunch,” Zapp insisted.
“I seem to recall that lunch was once inordinately difficult for the three of us,” Zed put in.
“Well, no one had a hole open up right under them!”
“It is most peculiar,” Zed agreed. “The opening is only just big enough for Leo too.”
Zapp frowned. “Huh. Maybe some kind of attack?”
As the pair above him discussed the possibilities, Leo just sighed. If the universe didn’t have it in for him, Murphy sure did.
