SNOW!!!!!!!!!

Finally, after three years of nothing but the tiniest of flurries, we have snow! (This excludes frozen rain and other such nasty weather - that doesn't count as snow.) About three inches or so, but it's been lovely all the same. ::dance of joy:: No pictures as I don't have the digital camera right now, but if we got any good ones with Mom's old camera, I'll post them when they're developed.

Sadly, I didn't get the chance to make a snow-kat, but it was lovely while it lasted!

And, I'd been debating how to ask, but it seems there's no way but the obvious - the username isn't familiar, but do I know you from anywhere else?

*chuckle* Yeah, from a long time ago, when you were back in college. I was some surprised to run across you here on lj after all this time, but I thought I'd say hi since I did. Small world, eh?

Anyway, I used to write goofy SwatKat/Transformers crossover fic featuring a perpetually-in-trouble alien named Talon? I think you drew this sketch of her for me, which might jog your memory...

Ah ha! I knew there was something familiar about the name! I do remember your fanfic and the sketch. (Though I must admit that the sketch now gives me that blast-from-the-past, "Yikes! Old Kris art!" vibe.) However, I never realized that your fanfic was a Transformers crossover. At all. Granted, all I've seen of Transformers in years is the original animated movie as that's all I have on hand.

And, yes, that is Sage ;)
