SKFFA Update - April

Webpage Updates: Yes, I still do those ;) And, the SWAT Kats Fanfiction Archive has finally been updated. Submissions have been really scarce lately, but there are a few new ones up now! There are also two new challenges if anyone is interested, and I cleaned up and updated some of the site's links.
